One of the best things about living in Switzerland is being able to get out and explore the area on a bike, whether that be a road bike or mountain bike, whenever you like.
For me that is mainly weekends apart from a not so daily commute to work through the vineyards. A ride along the lakefront or a short sharp climb to Les Pleiades…the Riviera has everything you need as a cyclist whether you are out for pleasure or pain! This area ensures there are more than enough routes for you to find something different every time you go out.
On this page you will find blogs I have written about my tour across Switzerland in 2015, my Col challenge in 2016, my experiences at both L’Etape and La Marmotte and the birth of the Vélopunks in 2017. Any of this route information might be of use to you should you want to follow the same routes so please feel free to take it and use it as you wish.
For more information on any of these routes or adventures please don’t hesitate to contact me although I’m currently planning my cycling calendar for 2018 and searching for a new bike so apologies if my reply is not immediate!
